Virginia has worked with us for the past four years. When we originally called CCS for assistance, we had server issues. After discovering that the server was "dead" and our data was being held "captive", Virginia not only built us a new server but she learned everything about our Point-of-Sale system, which was not her area of expertise at the time. Whenever we call for assistance, Virginia is always prompt at getting back to us. CCS manages our entire food service system, works with our software vendor to resolve any issues that arise and provides general maintenance and support for our entire network.
