CCS believes in providing quality services at an affordable rate.
Our rates are only $75 per hour. The first 10-15 minutes of your appointment will be spent assessing your needs and determining the associated time required so that there are no surprises -- what you are quoted is what you will pay. This time is NOT BILLABLE and should you decide that you do not want to proceed with the repair, you will PAY NOTHING.
We DO NOT charge a trip fee.
Services are billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum. Our services are guaranteed and if we cannot solve your problem, YOU DO NOT PAY.
All hardware comes with a MINIMUM one year warranty -- we only use quality, name-brand, NEW components in your repairs.
Software will ALWAYS be legal and licensable to you or your company.
If you need the benefits of an IT department, but don't want the overhead, ask us about our monthly service contracts at reduced hourly rates.
